Every House Gets the R and B Painting and Remodeling Inc Process
Before starting work, we assess your home to make sure the paint looks great when we finish. We look for any loose or peeling paint and prepare your property by covering all plants and walkways to protect them. If your home was built before 1978 there is a chance, there is lead-based paint. We are an MA-lead certified paint company and take all proper precautions to ensure your home is safe.
Once any problem sections of your home's exterior have been addressed, and any rotted wood has been replaced we apply 1 coat of exterior primer to all base sections of the home that have been scraped.
We then cover all windows and sections of the house that will not be painted, and we use our airless sprayer to apply 2 coats of exterior grade paint in the color of your choice. So, get creative! The only limit is your imagination.
Once the house is painted our work is not done. We take the time to clean the property of all loose paint chips, trash, and nails. All that's left to do is admire your home's new look.
